Associates were given small imprinted promotional items, such as key tags, Tote Bags, highlighters and pocket planners, and also given the information for an upcoming loan contest. The associates who closed specified levels of consumer loans over the next quarter were given embroidered shirts, jackets or attaches, depending on how many they closed. The top associates received personalized engraved pen/pencil sets.The financial institution experienced a 35% increase in the amount of consumer loans that quarter over previous quarters.
